Q: "What can a tax deferred annuity from FSI do for me?"

A: Answer: Our money menu was put together to allow you to shop and study before you buy. Normal tax deferred annuities (when not used in a qualified plan environment such as IRA, or 401-k plan, allow you to decide when and if you want to pay income tax on your earnings, not when the bank or brokerage firm determines that for you. Tax deferral has an advantage and increases the potential yield versus taxable investments such as bank CD's. Especially in longer term scenarios, they just can't compete against this huge benefit! Naturally, the more years you leave your money in a tax deferred "wrapper" such as a tax-deferred annuity - the better your chance of increasing your overall yield when you decide to take some income out. (Since August 27th, 1982, the IRS taxes all of your interest earnings first when you withdraw from a tax-deferred annuity under "LIFO" accounting methods.)

This too can be controlled by converting your accumulation annuity to an income payout, normally by just exercising one of the guaranteed options in the contract. When it is more advantageous to switch to a new plan to have an immediate annuity income payout, the IRS has been allowing tax free exchanges into new plans since 1954. Specifically, IRS section 1035 IRC., as amended, has allowed these exchanges which apply to both life insurance and annuity contracts, subject to a few rules that are not hard to comply with. (Similar law under IRC 1031 allows tax free exchanges of real estate) THE BEST NEWS ABOUT IMMEDIATE ANNUITIES IS THAT ONLY A PORTION OF YOUR PAYMENT IS TAXABLE UNDER IRS RULES, as it includes a payback of your original principal paid in. Contact our firm for specific help in this complicated area. We understand the tax code explicitly regarding these products, since we are also a  professional accounting firm!

Q: Where is FSI?

A: Short answer - ARIZONA!  We try to be like "Waldo" and go everywhere we can. We provide mobile services to senior communities surrounding the Phoenix metropolitan area, as well as to many vibrant young families just starting out...and everyone in between!  And of course, through internet websites and maintaining an outstanding reputation, we reach out not only nationally now, but even internationally at times to help clients around the world!

Q: Why do business with FSI?

A: Most likely you are a good candidate for a client relationship with our firm if you are tired of waiting in line for an appointment with a banker, broker, insurance man, or anyone else you currently have your investment money with. We make convenience in investment shopping paramount in our relationship. You are a great candidate for a client relationship with our firm if someone you know is currently a client and has recommended you. Those recommendations don't come easy, so if that is the case, take it serious! Lastly, you are a fantastic candidate for a client relationship with our firm if some other financial advisor has (in your mind) taken advantage of you, failed to disclose the risks, or outright ripped you off in the past! Our firm shines in treating you with the respect, dignity and honor that has been lost in most financial relationships in modern times. In fact, how many of the people you invested money with up until today make you feel that way? Be careful out there, because many can make you feel that way for a short while....while taking advantage of you in some way. It may be subtle such as failing to disclose sales charges or actual low company ratings.

So, the best guarantee for a good relationship with our firm is by all parties being honest with each other. If you want income in a year or two, it is really important to tell us that before we offer a final recommendation. Honesty is the glue of a good relationship. Just don't forget about loyalty too as no professional sales advisor likes to shop for hours on end for a client - just to see them go buy the same product from their brother in law!

Q: How do I start the process to hire FSI to work for me for free to find the best investments suited to my needs?

A: If you seek a long term relationship with an honest financial advisor, take the first step and let us know what you are looking for, by simply E-MAILING us at:  info@webfsi.com.  Or, just dial us up on our toll free number at 1-800-782-2806.  The next step is to request our free worksheet that will help you better describe what your goals and dreams are, as well as your needs for now and in the future.  With this information, we then will prepare and present a professional review back to you in writing and make specific recommendations in products that best fit YOUR needs.

Q:  If I don't live in Arizona, why would I do business with an internet advisor that may be many miles away from me?

A:  Because everyone else is!  O.K., there is more to the answer and you deserve a very good answer to this question.  In fact, we get asked this question a lot lately as more and more internet savvy investors shop online for the best rates on car insurance, computers, vacations, etc.  The best answer is that beyond being the trend (meaning less and less face to face business is happening and the future dictates full or partial shopping online will increase greatly), one can discover a broader aspect of information and selection by using an online internet advisor.  We have a lot of contacts to refer you to professionally, should your request exceed our abilities, licensing, etc.  We have to try and deliver better products and services (meaning lower commissions) than your local advisor and we do.  We have to study more, take more class instruction, read more, and be smarter than the "average Joe" you may normally buy insurance from or get advice from.  We have to be a jack of all trades in the financial world and be a master in all!

That is what FSI is all about and all you have to do to see what sets us apart from your current advisor(s) is to present us with your situation, circumstances, needs, desires or wants -- and see how you get treated and how valuable our response is to you.  And, you can do that initially with no cost or obligation whatsoever!  Of course, reading some current client testimonials might be helpful too.  Just ask for them and we will drop them into your email "in" box for you.
